Research and Customer intelligence

The first novelty lies in our approach to Customer Intelligence:  we start with an analysis of the problem.  Then we propose a research project to you.  But sometimes the pathway is different.  For each Client, for each task, we start from the appropriate level.
We aim to assist companies in creating/improving the system of decision-making support.
The benefit for the Client is our first objective, and we measure our success on that benefit.  That is why we do not limit ourselves to producing new research, new information, rather we also make the most of the information that exists and is generated by numerous company processes, so long as there is a memory of it and it can be accessed.

Knowledge is created in many fields and at different levels; here is how you can count on our contribution:

We analyze the problem well and identify the solutions most efficient for you;

We help the Client detect the opportunities hidden in the data already available within the company. Each new research (analysis) should serve to give greater value to what is already there;

The results of the new research or new analysis are made significant through comparison with  the market benchmarks (which we research for you) or with your objective (which we help you make explicit and measurable);

Our contribution creates value for our Client: a measurable value that we are willing to discuss
